Education
B.S c in Mechanical/Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
Computer knowledge in MS Office.
Good team man and capable to lead big team.
Strong physical and mental ability to do hard work and handle daily target pressure.
Knowledge on Lean management and Quality assurance.
English language proficiency & Good presentation skill.
Responsibilities & Context
Ensure Daily production target with zero delay.
Confirm 100% standard quality for each product.
Plan, distribution and control manpower.
Meet daily productivity target.
Achieve plan wise machine operation ratio and OEE.
Analyze machine breakdown and improve machine condition.
Reduce processing cost.
Confirm 5S, safety and compliance in work place.
Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
